Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently once trained
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to: Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials
Ability to: Work in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on rooftops
Ability to: Climb ladders and work at varying heights
Ability to: Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects
Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments
Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including: Air conditioners, Furnaces, Ductwork, Thermostats, Ductless mini-split systems, Air filtration systems, Zoning systems and dampers, Low- and high-voltage wiring
Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively
Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels
Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications
