About The Position

Augusta Plumbing and Heating in St. Cloud, MN is looking for driven individuals to join us as a full-time HVAC Apprentice. No experience is required as we provide all the necessary training. This role involves working alongside skilled HVAC and plumbing technicians, assisting with the installation of new heating and cooling systems, and helping with plumbing issues in residential homes. The apprenticeship focuses on hands-on tasks, from preparing tools and materials to troubleshooting problems, ensuring efficient and professional job completion in a supportive, low-pressure environment with no on-call, night, or weekend shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within a 15-minute commute of our St. Cloud, MN shop
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to handle the physical aspects of the job
