About The Position

At Woodstock Heating and Cooling, solving problems and helping people is our passion. We are looking to add a HVAC Apprentice to our growing team! We are a well-established company and have been providing safe, clean, courteous, and reliable services to homeowners for over 170 years! We work only in Woodstock and the surrounding areas; therefore, you get more home time. If you have the experience, we have the right spot for you.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and strong teamwork skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Assist lead HVAC installer with daily tasks, including loading equipment and preparing for scheduled jobs
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory
• Help complete invoices, timecards, and required documentation
• Actively participate in HVAC training, morning meetings, continued education, and company events
• Support installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
