About The Position
The Frazier Company is a 97-year-old, family-owned and operated heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company. We partner with some of Omaha’s most prestigious residential home builders and remodeling companies, delivering high-quality workmanship backed by decades of experience, training, and the right tools for every job. We are currently seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our journeyman installers with residential duct system installations. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Ability to handle physical labor and job site conditions
Nice To Haves
- Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman technicians with installation of residential HVAC duct systems
- Support all phases of installation, including rough-in and finish work
- Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Learn tools, materials, and installation techniques to grow into an independent role
