Requirements

Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, ventilation principles, and related tools and equipment.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various indoor environments.
Physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting, crawling in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to clients.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in HVAC or air duct cleaning is preferred; willingness to learn is valued.
OSHA safety standards certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect air duct systems for dirt buildup, mold, leaks, and damage.
Clean air ducts using specialized tools and equipment to remove dust, debris, and allergens.
Repair or replace damaged ductwork components to restore functionality and efficiency.
Assist with system diagnostics and troubleshoot airflow or ventilation issues.
Document work performed, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for workers and clients.
Explain findings and recommended repairs to clients and provide maintenance tips.
