Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Service Titan or QuickBooks experience? Cool, but not required
- If multitasking were and Olympic sport, you’d be covered in gold medals
Responsibilities
- Be the MVP of first impressions — greeting visitors like a human golden retriever
- Help with day-to-day office tasks — think scheduling, paperwork, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Create statements, review job costs, and handle QuickBooks entries
- Occasionally save the day when the printer jams (super-hero cape optional)
