About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere. We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes. We are currently looking for a Hungarian Teacher for one of our clients in West Edmonton, Canada. The course is a General, one-to-one format with a total of 100 hours, with sessions lasting two hours. The student is a beginner, aged 18-24, and is a heritage learner. The preferred schedule is twice per week, either Wednesday's and Thursday's after 5pm or weekends morning/noon from 9am-2pm. The start date is 2026-09-15.
Requirements
- Native Hungarian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 30 km of West Edmonton, Canada (T5M).
Responsibilities
- Provide customized language training to a beginner Hungarian learner.
- Conduct one-to-one, two-hour sessions.
- Adhere to a schedule of twice per week, preferably Wednesday/Thursday after 5pm or weekend mornings/afternoons.
