This role oversees and coordinates human subject research activities for single or multiple sites. It involves developing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment strategies, information, data systems, and study management systems. The position also participates in the planning, development, and implementation of study design, budgets, protocols, consent forms, processes, and policies across multiple therapeutic areas. A key aspect is representing various stakeholders to foster positive working relationships and effective results in coordinating human subject studies. The role ensures compliance with all regulatory and institutional requirements, maintains data integrity and security, and trains research staff on study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Financial data coordination and continuous learning in research best practices are also essential.
