Requirements
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate licensing applications and supporting documents to confirm compliance with regulations
- Check certificates, legal papers, charts, and statements for accuracy and authenticity
- Analyze information from multiple state systems to draw conclusions and recommend actions
- Communicate with applicants, providers, and program offices to resolve questions and gather required information
- Enter licensing data, update records, and organize electronic files according to policy
- Prepare reports, summaries, and materials for presentations and meetings
