About The Position

Join the Korean Women's Association as a Full-Time Human Services Manager. This position could be located in Tacoma or Lynnwood, WA. You'll play a vital role in enhancing community engagement and service delivery. The position involves managing and coordinating the daily activities across multiple Human Services locations and contracts. This includes being the main point of contact for communication with USCIS staff. Fluency in a second language is preferred. Requirements

  • Managing and coordinating the daily activities across multiple Human Services locations and contracts.

  • Engaging in data collection and data analytics/reporting, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across all initiatives.
  • Facilitating community engagement and collaboration, enhancing service delivery through effective case management and systems improvement.
  • Leading project management efforts, utilizing tools like GetCare and Salesforce for digital tracking systems, streamlining operations management processes.
  • Developing standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring culturally responsive service delivery.
  • Translating departmental goals into actionable work plans.
  • Facilitating effective cross-department initiatives.
  • Improving data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Managing data analytics and reporting, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
  • Supervising program staff, supporting their development, and fostering collaboration both internally and with external partners.
  • Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions, enhancing program quality and efficiency.
