About The Position

Consider becoming a Human Services Analyst with the Department of Human Services. In this position, you support statewide partners, improve program practices, and help guide important grant funded initiatives. Your work will strengthen programs that provide essential support to families across the Commonwealth. This role helps guide statewide Family Support efforts by coordinating grant activities, strengthening program quality, and working with partners across multiple agencies.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CQI work and develop tools that support statewide family support programs
• Coordinate meetings, gather feedback, and maintain communication with family support partners
• Assist with grant applications, reporting, monitoring, and ensuring alignment with requirements
• Review program performance, provide guidance on regulations, and prepare written findings and materials
• Create training materials and professional development resources for grantees and partners
