Requirements

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Examine statewide Medical Assistance policies and determine compliance with federal and state requirements
• Evaluate Medical Assistance programs and recommend improvements to support operational goals
• Develop reports, briefing materials, and policy documents for internal and external review
• Participate in meetings and presentations to maintain productive working relationships
• Gather and assess information used for the development of program materials and procedures
