Requirements

• One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs
• A bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Analyze federal and state rules to determine needed updates to medical assistance policies
• Write and revise policies and procedures related to school-based medical assistance services
• Collect and evaluate information used to guide program planning and improvements
• Assess program operations and recommend solutions for identified issues
• Develop reports, briefings, and written materials for leadership and stakeholders
• Provide answers to inquiries from providers, agencies, and others regarding program policy
