Requirements
- Must have production experience in a beef processing environment
- Must have strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a working knowledge of HMS
- Must be committed to the safety of all employees
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
- Availability to work all shifts, flexible hours, flexible days/evenings to include weekends and holidays
- Conceptual/Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves
- 2 to 5 years of applicable experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged or must be willing to take classes
Responsibilities
- Orientation of new hires
- Monthly retraining for all employees
- Additional training as needed
- Scheduling and preparation of all training
- Creating training materials, including training films as necessary
- Record keeping of all training in Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining Employee Qualifications list; coordinating and communicating with supervisors
- Responsible for the organization and appearance of the Training Room
- Other duties as assigned
