This position will provide administrative skills and support in the personnel office, reporting to the Administrative Officer III. The role involves providing technical assistance for merit-based hiring, processing various employment-related actions, maintaining logs and reports, assisting employees, ensuring new employee orientation and training are completed, updating personnel records, and establishing/organizing personnel records. The position also oversees benefits orientation and personnel actions, and requires working independently with minimal supervision.
