Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Foundational understanding of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR processes.
  • Basic understanding of benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compensation structures
  • Project management, time management and organization skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote an inclusive, safety‑first culture and support organizational initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource, providing clear guidance and consistent support to employees and leaders.
  • Partner with HR teammates to support shared‑services projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.
  • Track recruiting activity and share progress updates with leaders.
  • Maintain HR systems data accuracy and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist with policy compliance, training delivery, and HR process improvements.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
