Human Resources & Talent Specialist

Interim HealthCare - Houston, TX (McCoy)Pearland, TX

About The Position

We're looking for an HR & Talent Specialist who loves finding great people but wants to do more than just recruit. Interim HealthCare of Houston is a large, established home health organization with a growing hospice division and a team of healthcare professionals serving patients throughout the Houston area. Our people are the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for someone who can help us find great talent, create a strong employee experience, and support the day-to-day HR needs of a busy healthcare organization. Recruiting will be a major part of this position, but this is not just a recruiter role. You’ll work across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits, HRIS, compliance, employee engagement, and payroll support. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has HR and recruiting experience and wants a role where they can take ownership, make improvements, and continue growing their HR career.

  • Highly organized and follow through on what you say you’re going to do
  • Comfortable with technology, HR systems, spreadsheets, and learning new software
  • Strong attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy when dealing with employee records and payroll

  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where every day may look a little different
