About The Position

As a member of GC Associates USA LLC, the Human Resources Support professional will provide support within a large, complex DoD environment, applying knowledge of HR administration, management principles, and information systems while supporting organizational needs and mission requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources in a large, complex DoD environment
  • Experience with engaging and consulting with senior leaders to provide people-focused solutions
  • Experience with policy analysis, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance or talent management, recruiting, or resource management
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of DoD HR administration and management principles, information systems, and practices
  • Ability to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined
  • Ability to travel internationally a minimum of once every six months
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
