About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is looking for a Human Resources Staffing Specialist to join their team in Meridian, Idaho. This role supports over 2,700 employees across 5 states and focuses on creating a great employee experience by managing HR processes, from welcoming new hires to ensuring smooth operations. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of office experience
• Strong communication, grammar, and data entry skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple computer applications
• Can handle detailed work with accuracy— in a fast-paced environment
• Value professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Don't mind repetitive tasks and appreciate the satisfaction of getting the details right

• Background check experience is a plus!
• Enjoy staying organized and juggling multiple priorities
• Love helping people and creating a welcoming first impression

Responsibilities

• Completing background checks and supporting the hiring process
• Working with Hiring Managers to pre-screen candidates and ensure we are contacting candidates quickly
• Maintaining contact with HR Manager and Hiring Manager throughout background check process
• Ensuring all candidates are moved through the entire process in a timely manner; Our goal is to contact every candidate
• Helping bring new team members onboard through hiring, onboarding, and orientation
• Entering and maintaining accurate employee information
• Answering HR phone calls and providing helpful information
• Supporting a variety of additional HR projects and administrative tasks
