This role involves administering various functions within assigned areas, including collecting and analyzing statistical data, maintaining specialized databases, inputting and retrieving data, and producing reports. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining common departmental and confidential employee records in compliance with legal requirements, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role requires providing customer service to employees, management, applicants, and other internal and external customers. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
