About The Position

Human Resources Specialist ABOUT THE ROLE Thrivewell Infusion is a growing specialty infusion therapy provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. We're looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and help build a people-first culture that supports our clinical staff, administrative teams, and the patients we serve. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR — from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Requirements

3–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS platforms (Engage)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Thrivewell's culture and workflows
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and leave of absence requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, PIPs, and coaching support for supervisors
Maintain and update HRIS records, reporting, and HR documentation
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational development
