This role serves as a trusted advisor to management by applying HR principles, policies, regulations, and best practices to support organizational objectives. The HR Specialist is responsible for administering competitive and non-competitive personnel actions, conducting job analyses, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable District, federal, and organizational personnel regulations.
