This is a part-time position. 35 hours a week. This position is responsible for core operational functions within the Human Resources Department, primarily focusing on the coordination of recruitment, and selection and new hire orientation and accurate HRIS records management. and reports; provides technical assistance to department leadership on hiring, managing HRIS and personnel issues, explains laws and rules and provides interpretations of collective bargaining agreements, employee policies and procedures.
