Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, specializing in full-cycle, high-volume, and hard-to-fill recruiting
  • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Proficient record keeping, spreadsheet, and word processing skills
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal staff, clients, customers, and the public
  • Advanced written communication skills and ability to write reports and procedural manuals
  • Possess a high degree of integrity, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong collaboration and customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing workloads and priorities
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to workplace safety and organizational policies

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing strategies, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs, ensuring a welcoming and seamless new hire experience.
  • Provide support for HRIS systems, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Track and analyze recruitment, engagement, and turnover metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to improve HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Coordinate background checks and manage pre-adverse and adverse action processes as needed.
  • Assist employees and supervisors with HR policy interpretation and day-to-day questions.
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and administrative functions for the department.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help promote Boise Centre as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in training, professional organizations, and ongoing development opportunities.
