About The Position

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position requires a proactive individual who can operate independently while also collaborating with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
experience working in a fast paced, professional team environment preferred
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding level of customer service to our colleagues and leaders, promoting and encouraging a positive work environment
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with the organization’s goals.
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
