About The Position
Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking to immediately hire a Human Resources Specialist. Total Water is a 100% Employee Owned Company and a leader in water treatment. We are known for our innovation and service in providing ultra-pure water for healthcare, biotech, laboratory, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and food processing operations. We are a growing company and currently have locations in WI, IL, MN, IA, MI and GA. This position works out of our Madison, WI location.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment centered role
- Experience in recruiting high-level or hard to fill positions required
- Well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy
- Experience with computers including Windows based programs, Internet use, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent experience in employment field preferred
