About The Position

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, has exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills, and is interested in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Specialist performing the full range of labor relations activities serving the Department of Health and Human Services.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of the labor relations field.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and guide management.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
