Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners
• Manage HR data, reports, organizational charts, and documentation
• Support HR projects, compliance activities, and regulatory tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up on deliverables
• Assist with recruitment and workforce-related initiatives as needed
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proactively identify needs and take ownership of tasks and projects
• Communicate effectively with leaders across the organization
