About The Position

The HR Specialist provides essential regional support to the HR team by executing and coordinating human resources initiatives aligned with the organization's strategy. This role serves as a critical link between regional operations and Corporate HR Shared Services, ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and processes. This is a broad HR generalist role with recruiting at the forefront. While full-cycle recruiting is a core part of the day-to-day work, the HR Specialist also owns HRIS and ATS administration, onboarding coordination, employee relations support, and day-to-day HR operations for the region. This role is a true operational partner to the facility, not a single-function recruiter, and is expected to move fluidly between sourcing candidates, processing HR system updates, supporting employee questions, and keeping HR programs running smoothly. The HR Specialist helps build a high-performing workforce by supporting recruiting efforts, leadership development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employee relations matters. This position requires strong collaboration, operational excellence, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic support.
