About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, administering policies, and improving HR processes and service delivery. The specialist will lead recruitment activities, partner with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding, and deliver new hire orientations. They will also support learning and development programs, manage the LMS, develop training materials, and coordinate performance management. Additionally, the role involves managing internal communications, supporting employee engagement, and coordinating Inclusion & Belonging programs. The specialist will provide HR guidance, support employee relations, maintain HRIS data integrity, produce workforce analytics, and support compliance activities. The role also includes leading and participating in HR projects, implementing process improvements, leveraging technology, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and internal communications.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
