Join us in making history through safe and repeatable spaceflight. As an HR Specialist at Blue Origin, you will play a vital role within our dynamic Human Resources team. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees across the organization, managing inquiries through our case management system while providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to resolving HR matters efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or customer support roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting general HR inquiries and processes
  • Previous case management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to earn trust and maintain positive, professional relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of dedicated HR experience
  • Experience using Workday HRIS
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance functions in Workday
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and triage general HR inquiries from across the organization through our case management system
  • Provide exceptional customer support to both employees and HR team members
  • Investigate and resolve complex HR-related inquiries in a timely manner
  • Process and rectify time clock discrepancies and attendance-related matters
  • Support employee onboarding processes and activities
  • Deliver personalized onsite assistance to employees as needed
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with company policies
  • Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned
