FYI is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist with at least 6 years of experience capable of performing the assigned duties as outlined below. This role involves utilizing software for data organization and analysis, providing HR staffing support, researching and evaluating policies, and analyzing data to make recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion. The specialist will also assist with implementing surveys and assessments for workforce development and promotion programs, and aid in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers, ensuring the integrity, security, and fairness of these processes.
