HDR is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Special Programs Coordinator to support our HR Special Programs team within our Corporate HR department in Omaha, NE. In this position, you will provide a broad range of customer-focused administrative and operational support that helps ensure accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and a positive experience for employees, HR partners, internal stakeholders and external customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for HR inquiries, assist with onboarding and compliance activities, and support reporting, systems, and documentation needs that enable smooth day-to-day HR operations. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze and manage data accurately, effective communication and customer service skills, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. The position is well suited for someone who is comfortable learning new technologies, adapting to evolving and automated workflows, and continuously building technical, analytical, and HR knowledge in a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) environment.
