This role is responsible for supporting the Company’s recruiting, employment, employee relations, compliance, and general human resources functions. This position plays a critical role in executing full-cycle recruiting activities, administering HR programs and processes, supporting employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, DOT/PHMSA, and Company requirements. The position partners closely with hiring managers and employees to support staffing initiatives across onshore and offshore operations while promoting a high-performing, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.
