About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, training, or program coordination
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, Paylocity Preferred
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution
An Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, or six (6) years of relevant work experience, can be used as a substitute for a degree.
Successful completion of Emory Valley Center's internal training (e.g. CPR/FA, etc.)
Successful completion of background check covering employment history from age 18 to present

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate various human resource programs across the organization
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal and organizational standards
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR team and executive leadership as needed
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review
