Requirements
- 2 + years of Human Resources and payroll experience
- Experience within the senior living environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks
- Adapt to changing environments
- Interact effectively as a leader and member of the team
- Knowledge of all Human Resources functions in a health care environment, including recruitment and talent acquisition
- Onboarding new hires including background check requirements
- Orientations
