National Beef of North Baltimore, Ohio, is looking for a qualified professional to join our family as a Human Resources/Payroll/Communications Clerk. Requirements

• Excellent office and math skills
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power-Point
• Willing and capable of quickly learning and become proficient in other computer systems used by the Human Resources Department; specifically, Kronos, AS400, and iCIMS
• Friendly disposition & welcoming personality
• Must have high energy and be highly motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and contribute to a team orientated, supportive working environment
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work an 8 hour day during the hours of 6:30 am and 4:30 pm
• Experience working with a collective bargaining agreement
• Successfully complete the background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain employee time-cards to ensure payroll accuracy
• Process Payroll
• Be available to answer employee’s questions concerning their weekly pay checks
• Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork
• Assist with employee meat purchase program
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Facilitate Plant and Social Media communications including Location Newsletter
• Filing
• Other duties as assigned
