Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel between dealership locations as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative, payroll, customer service, or HR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related inquiries
Monitor and maintain HR compliance requirements, postings, and employee files
Assist with leave administration, employee communications, and HR programs
Support recruiting efforts and communicate with candidates
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other HR-related documentation
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll
Travel periodically to our dealership locations in Wernersville and Lebanon to support HR operations
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
