Cortica is looking for an HR Operations Supervisor to join our growing team! As HR Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop a team of HR Coordinators and Specialists responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and general inquiries. Additionally, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and administration of HR operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience. This role serves as a player-coach, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on support as needed based on team capacity and transaction volume.
