Make a difference. As a Supervisor HR Operations, you will supervise the day-to-day activities supporting Human Resources Operations, including health and welfare benefits and general administration. You will ensure accurate processes and audit compliance, issue resolution, and employee satisfaction; create and maintain a continuous improvement environment. In this role you will: Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of the Human Resources operations team. Distribute workload and resolve escalated issues. Ensure compliance requirements and service level expectations are met by the team. Provide a high level of team support, coach, and mentor team members. Develop employees by effectively measuring performance and engaging team members in developmental activities. Drive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer of team members. Ensure team provides high customer service levels. Evaluate HR processes; ensure documentation and training materials are accurate and up to date. Identify and implement changes and corrections to system(s); maintain accurate vendor data. Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and projects for all processes owned by the team.
