Austin Human Resources is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Supervisor to lead a team of HR Investigators. This role oversees workplace investigations across 40+ City departments, ensuring consistency, compliance, fairness, and timeliness in handling sensitive employee matters. The HR Supervisor functions with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to exercise sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong leadership in managing a dynamic caseload, supporting staff, and advising departments on complex employee relations issues related to discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Under limited direction, supervise the daily operations and activities of specialized Human Resource (HR) professionals in support of management and other employee groups within the assigned department on a broad range of HR issues and decisions.
