About The Position

The Human Resources/Operations Rotational Program Associate role offers firsthand experience in operations within battery manufacturing plants, with a focus on people. This 2-year program consists of 3 rotations in US-based facilities, including HR, Quality/EHS/Supply Chain, and Supervision. Possible locations include Geneva, IL; Canby, OR; Tampa, FL; St Joseph, MO; Toledo, OH; Yuma, AZ; Fort Wayne, IN; Florence, KY; Middletown, DE; Oconee, SC; or Red Oak, IA. Upon program completion, graduates will be placed in a manufacturing location with assignments that continue to demand leadership excellence, enabling expedited career growth opportunities. This program is open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred. 3 year’s of Human Resources experience in lieu of bachelor’s may be considered.
Ability to relocate every 8 months for 2 years – Mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
