Under the general supervision of the Deputy Division Chief for HR Operations (HROPS) and the Team Lead for PeopleSoft Operations and Dual Systems Administration, the HR Officer provides technical and functional support to ensure the effective and reliable operation of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The role focuses on supporting PeopleSoft and Workday applications through day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, testing, and user support, in line with established controls, policies, and procedures. The incumbent works closely with HR functional teams, the Information Technology Department (ITD), and other stakeholders to support system operations, resolve issues, implement approved enhancements, and ensure accurate data flows across integrated systems. This position is hands-on and operational, while also requiring analytical thinking and problem-solving, with opportunities to develop deeper expertise in HR technology platforms.
