About The Position

This internship program at Conagra Brands, a leading branded food company, aims to introduce participants to the consumer-packaged goods industry with the goal of fostering interest in future career opportunities. The 11-week program immerses interns in Conagra Brands and its Human Resources Organization, where they will assist the HR department in daily operations. Interns will partner with leadership on either a corporate or manufacturing HR Team to drive business performance in areas such as compensation, generalist functions, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. This HR Internship serves as a pipeline to the Conagra Brands HR Development Program, a three-year rotational program for new graduates with assignments typically lasting 12-18 months, including at least one rotation in a manufacturing plant. The program offers high-impact, challenging assignments designed to add value to the business and provide an enriching experience through various HR roles in both Corporate and Manufacturing HR Teams. Geographic mobility is considered important for success. Opportunities for networking with peers and leaders will be provided to enhance understanding of the company and available career paths.

Requirements

Enrolled in a master’s degree program (MHR, MBA or equivalent) with at least 1 semester remaining after the internship program concludes.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related area of study.
Willing to relocate for the duration of your internship.
