About The Position

This internship program at Conagra Brands, a leading branded food company, aims to introduce participants to the consumer-packaged goods industry and foster interest in future career opportunities. The program lasts for 11 weeks, immersing interns in the Human Resources Organization. Interns will support the HR department in daily operations and partner with leadership on either a corporate or manufacturing HR Team. They will drive business performance in areas such as compensation, generalist functions, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. This HR Internship serves as a pipeline to the HR Development Program, a three-year rotational program for new graduates with assignments in various HR roles across corporate and manufacturing settings, requiring geographic mobility. The program offers opportunities to network with peers and leaders to understand career paths within Conagra Brands.

Requirements

Enrolled in a master’s degree program (MHR, MBA or equivalent) with at least 1 semester remaining after the internship program concludes.
Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related area of study.
Willing to relocate for the duration of your internship.
