We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage the day-to-day people function for our growing firm. Reporting to firm leadership, this role will oversee talent acquisition, culture, employee experience, benefits, compliance, employee relations, policy, training, compensation, and HR operations across multiple countries. You will manage the HR team, partner with department leaders, support firm leadership, and handle sensitive employee matters. You'll maintain and improve the employee handbook, HR policies, operating cadence, and core training programs.
