About The Position

Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) has an opening for a Human Resources Manager at Denver International Airport. CAS is the premier provider of transportation security services to a number of airport authorities, select airlines and the federal government. We are responsible for the day-to-day security functions aimed at protecting the traveling public and the airport as a whole. Join our Team and be part of this important mission!

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Possess a valid State of Colorado driver's license or State issued ID.
  • Ability to speak, read, write legibly, and understand English.
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be willing to comply with our Drug Free Workplace policy.
  • Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety, advanced Human Resource certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer, and oversee, all phases of personnel support in such areas as employment, employee/labor relations, training, benefit administration and record keeping
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR related questions for internal and external customers
  • Act as a liaison between employee and managers to resolve issues and complaints
  • Conduct internal investigations and responds to complaints filed with outside agencies
  • Work with all levels of management in addressing HR and employee relations issues
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and badging of CAS workforce assigned to DEN
  • Provide various general administrative support within the office
  • Performing additional duties as required/assigned.
