Human Resources Manager
About The Position
This position provides strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership with a focus on Labor Relations. The incumbent will support the Carondelet Health Network hospitals in all aspects of the day-to-day human resources support, including labor relations and interpretation of union contracts. The incumbent will assist the CHRO with policy review, development, implementation, and administration, as well as partnering with hospital leadership to manage, expand, and improve upon the employee experience. The incumbent will be the CHRO designee where and when appropriate. Carondelet St. Marys Hospital is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.
Requirements
- Strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership experience.
- Focus on Labor Relations.
- Experience with interpretation of union contracts.
- Experience with policy review, development, implementation, and administration.

- Healthcare leadership experience.
