This position provides strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership with a focus on Labor Relations. The incumbent will support the Carondelet Health Network hospitals in all aspects of the day-to-day human resources support, including labor relations and interpretation of union contracts. The incumbent will assist the CHRO with policy review, development, implementation, and administration, as well as partnering with hospital leadership to manage, expand, and improve upon the employee experience. The incumbent will be the CHRO designee where and when appropriate.
