Role Snapshot As we continue advancing industrialized construction, the Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in developing strong leaders, building high-performing teams, and elevating our culture. In this highly visible role, you’ll lead a team of 4-6 HR Business Partners supporting our Woodland, West Sacramento, and Adelanto locations—driving significant organizational impact and people-centered innovation. Ensure effective consultation and guidance is provided to assigned leadership and employee teams Oversee and support the implementation of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives to multiple business functions and large client groups Lead and participate in key projects that elevate our talent capabilities Design, implement, and monitor appropriate compliance standards and programs This role will be required to be on site; relocation support is available.
