Job SummarySupport the operational success of the hospitality program through strong HR partnership and team member support. The Human Resources Manager will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives while ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems and workforce management tools
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and compliance standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting hospitality or high-volume operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and hiring processes for hourly and management staff
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain HR records and employee documentation
  • Assist with employee relations and HR investigations
  • Support leadership with performance management processes
  • Track training programs and compliance requirements
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing reports, and HR analytics
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives
